ORDER FORM
1) Fill in your details and press 'Submit Form'.
2) I will then let you know about stock availability (as many items are one-offs) .
3) I will e-mail you an invoice.
4) You will then be able to pay securely online by credit or debit card.
5) You can also pay using PayPal, or you can set up a new account with them if you don't already have one.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please let me know in the Comments box below.
Once I have e-mailed you regarding the final cost of your order you can
pop a cheque in the post to me at the address at the bottom of this form.
If you have not heard back from me within 48 hours please give me a call
as I have been having problems with Yahoo mail (slow?)
